[FW-1] installation error creatir /opt/CPInstLog

hi!

I'm quite lost with the fifth firewall I'm reinstalling with Solaris 9
and NG AI R55.
As the times before, I've reinstalled de s.o., SUNWCuser cluster, but
when I try to install the firewal:

bash-2.05# pkgadd -v -d CPshrd-R55

.........
SHOWREV=/bin/showrev
TAIL=/bin/tail
UNAME=/bin/uname
+ [ ! -d /opt/CPInstLog ]
+ /bin/mkdir /opt/CPInstLog
mkdir: Failed to make directory "/opt/CPInstLog"; Permission denied
.........

I can execute "/bin/mkdir /opt/CPInstLog" sucessfully from the prompt,
but it fails when installing.

bash-2.05# ls -l /
........
drwxr-xr-x   2 root     root         512 Sep 23 13:43 opt
.........

if I make by hand thas directory before the installation I get:

+ [ ! -d /opt/CPInstLog ]
+ [ ! -f /opt/CPInstLog/ReadMe.txt ]
+ /bin/echo This directory is used to hold install / uninstall
/tmp/installdCa4Ha/checkinstallfCa4Ha: /opt/CPInstLog/ReadMe.txt: cannot
create



Any suggestions other than that?
