I have a simular problem, did you try to import? After import I am not
able to log in.

Hi all,
We have a one cp r55 splat, we have license for AH and more 1
enforcement.
>From what I read we need to install new management and 2 new
enforcement.
i try to export the object and the rules with upgrade Export and I have
error:
