No http security servers in my config. Actually I'm in a test
environment with only minimal rulesbase applied and very little traffic except
for what I specifically create. At this point that's mostly just some PING and
TELNET for testing along with some SecuRemote sessions.

I saw something similar in a 4.1. SP6 configuration with heavy use of
http
security server, altough the cut off was not that long. Maybe have a
look at
your rulebase and try to disable http security servers for a while and
give
it a try.
