Look at the SMARTVIEW TRACKER log and you will see the traffic possible
being dropped....Check your firewall rule to allow this type of traffic.
Also think about the NAT (network address translation) possible, you are
using hide....may need a static NAT address for your SecureRemote PC inside
the FW.

i think, secureRemote does not work behind a firewall..

We have CheckPoint NG Firewall and we successfully run VPN clients
that
connect to our site from outside using secureremote.
Now we need to connect to one of our customers from a PC in our
network
also using SecureRemote.
I can successfully connect SecureRemote client to the site of this
customer, but I cant get any access to his network.
If I connect not from our network but from ADSL, or another location
everything works ok.
I tried to give the PC in our network that needs to connect full
access
to him and from him in our firewall but it still doesn't work.
Any ideas how can I solve this problem ?
Thank you.
