Hi,
I think that without more informations about your topology and
configuration of both networks nobody can help you efectively. Your
problems could be coused for example by:
- colision of internal IP address spaces,
- by not lucky chose of Remote Access Gateway Interface Rosolving
Mechanism.
- by security policy on firewalls/routers.
- ...
Just describe your environment more deeply.
