Hi folks
On a Nokia IP380 running NG FP3 I used the NG AI pre-upgrade verifier tool
without any reported problems, followed by the upgrade_export tool to create a
configuration file.
I subsequently transferred this to a fresh install of NG AI R55 running on an
IP440 (ipso 3.8-build039). When attempting to use the upgrade_import command,
the debug information shows the configuration file has been read and
uncompressed, but then stops with
"Error: failed to read the configuration info of the local machine." As per the
Checkpoint Upgrade Guide instructions, the equivalent products are installed on
each platform.
Does anyone have any suggestions what might be causing this and a solution.
