b: Configure a secondary DNS server on a DMZ and point my internal DNS
servers to that?
or
or c: Point my internal DNS servers to use my ISP's DNS servers as a
forwarder?
choose b if you want to have your domain our your dns-server, choose B if
you don't need an external DNS-server. it's only one more server to patch
and monitor ...
