Both sides uses NAT:

Our Network (With NAT) --- Our FireWall ---- Internet ---- Client's
Firewall ----Lients Network (With NAT)

I already tried the UDP Encapsulation and IKE over TCP, but it still
doesn't work.
I do get connected but I don't have an access to anything on the
client's side.

Any ideas ?

If you are using Hide NAT on your internal network, then turn on the UDP
Encapsulation and IKE over TCP (optional) on the SecuRemote side.
