1. This is our topology:

Our Network (With NAT) --- Our Firewall ---- Internet ---- Client's
Firewall ----Clients Network (With NAT)
       10.1.1.x
192.168.1.x

So there should not be a problem with it

2. Security Poly is ok on the client's side because I can connect when I
use ADSL connection (not behind our Firewall)
And on our side I tried to give the PC I'm connecting from full access
on all protocols and it still doesn't work.

Hi,

I think that without more informations about your topology and
configuration of both networks nobody can help you efectively. Your
problems could be coused for example by:
  - colision of internal IP address spaces,
  - by not lucky chose of Remote Access Gateway Interface Rosolving
Mechanism.
  - by security policy on firewalls/routers.
  - ...

Just describe your environment more deeply.

K.
