Well in fact I don't want to manage things like that and redirect
connections using a unique webserver that would read the host header.

When you map one IP address to Many domains, the HTTP header
is used.  This is typically referred as "HOST HEADER" redirection.

What you need is a reverse proxy which ISA supports.  Address
translations at the IP header are imaterial?  The ISA server gets the
information from the HTTP header -- read URL (eg GET
http://xxx.domain.com/page).
