User Monitor has never been reliable for me. While it shows people that were
logged in, it sometimes doesn't show everyone, like me looking at User
Monitor. And when I don't show up, I never show up even a day later. I've
noticed this with other people. I see their OM connection is active, but
they simply are not in user Monitor.

If you are using Office Mode you can use the User Monitor or can look
at the userc_users table .
fw tab -f -t userc_users
Will dump it in human readable format.
