I recently upgraded my SmartDashboard to NG AI (R55W) build 346. (add-on)
Everything seems fine until I try to push a new policy.
I get the following errors:
"C:\WINNT\FW1\R55\lib\asm_dynamic_props.def", line 23: ERROR: cannot find
<rip_block_code> anywhere
"C:\WINNT\FW1\R55\lib\updates.def", line 107: ERROR: unknown macro or
function <dynup_action>
"C:\WINNT\FW1\R55\lib\updates.def", line 20: ERROR: cannot find
<DYNUP_DUAL_REJECT> anywhere
And, of course, the policty fails to install. This is leaving me
STRANDED......HELP!! Thanks in advance.
***BTW, Firewall-1/VPN-1 is running on a Crossbeam with version NG w/AI R55
Build 121*** Old news..I upgraded...more problems now..
I upgraded the FW to NG AI R55W Build 346. Now I can't even fetch the last
policy,
I get Management rejected fetch for this module - version matching problem.
Policy Fetch Failed.
So I went back to the Mgmt console and I did a fw ver .the version responds
back with R55 build 121.
I re-installed the R55W Windows wrapper to the mgmt station and it still
gives the version error..it doesn't seem this "add-on" solution works very
well.
HOW do I back out the R55W upgrade that I did to the firewall itself? It is
on linux on a crossbeam. I can't find ANYTHIKNG about how to backout the
upgrade.
At this point...I just wanna get an old policy installed so the darn thing
passes traffic like before
