I have setup 2 nokia1260 in cluster mode (forwarding) and put 2 Alteon
Webswitch underneath for loadbalancing the servers. But ı have realized that
some of the sessions never been established either way. Some clients accessing
to the web sites had problems and also when servers trying get to internet had
some problem as well...
Clients when they were able access some sites, could not access some others,
same thing the other way around, servers could access to some internet sites
(mostly smtp) but could not make connection to some of them...Very weird
behaviour...I realized that those sites or servers that cannot make connections
always flet on the other firewall and there is no concsitency...
Sometimes Firewall B get the unestablished connections sometimes the firewall
B, but always the smae firewall causes the problem...Anoybody ever seen such a
behaviour...
I have tried to change the address translation (when servers go to internet I
HIDE them?) this time the behaviour turned around and the ones that were able
to access, started having problem but the others are resolved...
