of course, that is what's possible with IP / DNS :-)
A little bit of NAT for outgoing connexions and some
DNS magic for incoming connexions with some monitoring
of ISP connectivity.
but here it's part of the firewall and not one more product.
but if you want to do professional dual-ISP you should have BGP and your
own PI-address-range ...
