You should able to select the switched log from "View"
-> "Products" -> "Log Consolidator" -> Select your
consolidation policy -> "Policy Install & Start" ->
select your SmartCenter -> select log file -> select
Table or simply create a new one.
Is it an old log files from backup? You need to
recreate the log pointers in order to "see" under the
SmartView Tracker & Log Consolidator.
Run the 'fw repairlog' as follows:
fw repairlog [-u] <logfile name>
'fw repairlog' includes the following parameters:
1. [-u] flag - Indicates that the unification chains
of the Log File should be rebuilt.
2. <logfile name> - States the name of the Log File
to be repaired.
'fw repairlog' rebuilds the Log File's pointer files
(fw.logptr, fw.loginitial_ptr and fw.logaccount_ptr)
from data in the specified Log File. The Log File
itself is modified only if the -u flag is specified.
Hope this helps,
Nick

Hi,
I am not able to open old log files in SmartView
Reporter.
I can see only current log file.
When I checked the log directory there is several old
log files, but I
am not able to find them in Consolidation Status.
Thank you,
Michal K.
