Go to add remove programs and uninstall the svn foundation then try the
install again. I had this problem as well.

I have been trying to install the Windows SmartCenter and Console, and

fails on installing the SVN Foundation at the end. I get an error
"Can't
open cpprod50.dll". The file exists, and is in the directory, but at the
end
it gives me this error, and then deletes the directory. After searching
the
internet, I have seen another person with the same issue, but no
resolution.
Anyone else have this problem?
