Hi Ana,
I have many clients working with SR r56 with certificates connecting
to R55 Cluster.
In SR r56 you need to configure IKE over TCP twice. First when
creating the site and then again in the profile.
Try setting IKE over TCP on the profile that is in the site and then
try to connect.
