Hi.
I have a weird problem:
After installation of HFA13(SHF_HFA_R55_13.linux.22.tgz) then
FloodGate1(CPfg1-R55-00.i386.rpm) then SmartViewReporter Server
(CPrt-R56-00.i386.rpm) on Linux RedHat 7.3 with NG AI R55 (HFA09) I
moved directories data,log,tmp from /var/opt/CPrt-R56/Database/ to
/opt/CPrt-R56/Database from considerations of free space and corrected
paths in /opt/CPrt-R56/Database/conf/my.cnf. Then I started
consolidation of all log sequence and after a couple of tens of
minutes all GUI connects fall off. However FW-1 is working fine (I
can ssh to it and work in command line see logs,stats etc.) all GUIs
says Smart Cenetr is not running.
But ps ax says:
1563 ? S 0:45 fwm
1746 ? S 0:00 fwm
1747 ? S 0:00 fwm
1748 ? S 0:00 fwm
netstat says:
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:18190 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
and I can telnet on CPMI port.
Issuing cprestart does not help. After rebooting the server the
situation repeats and some time later I can't connect with GUI again.
Any ideas how to solve that ?
