Yes, even the nat rules. The quickest easiest way to clone
your FW on solaris:
cd $FWDIR/conf
tar -cvf fwbackup.tar *
ftp <backup box>
<login>
cd /opt/fw/conf (or whatever)
bin
put fwbackup.tar
exit
telnet <backup box>
<login>
cd $FWDIR/conf
tar -xvf fwbackup.tar
cpstop
cpstart
You will have a fully cloned firewall config.
Note: this is assuming a previous installation of the
same version of CP software, topology config, and OS cloning...
