Hi,
I have a R55W Reporter on my mgmt station (win 2003). A few days ago c: was out
of space due to
the RT_Database files. I moved them to D: and adjusted the entries in
solid.ini, then I tried to
start services again. Ever since this I cannot get Reporter DB service,
Reporter Server service
and Log Consolidator Service up, the event log displays the following error:
Event Type: Error
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7001
Description:
The Check Point SmartView Log Consolidator service depends on the Check Point
SmartView Reporter
Database service which failed to start because of the following error:
After starting, the service hung in a start-pending state.
The Reporter DB service remains in state starting and I am not able stop it...
Anybody any idea?
