[FW-1] fw1rules and cprules

hi!

anybody here using FWRules on NG FP2?

i'm having problems with my setup converting
NG FP2 config using fw1rules

I got objects_5_0.C and rulebases_5_0.fws
from my Checkpoint management station...running

C:\Tools\fw1rules-7.3.42>fw1rules.pl --rules=rulebases_5_0.fws
--objects=objects_5_0.C --all_services --all_objects --output_html=tito
bi.html
FW1rules (7.3.42) - by Volker Tanger <volker.tanger AT wyae DOT de>

gives no errors, all objects and services present on the
html report but no rules displayed :(

maybe I got the wrong rulebase file from FP2

also cprules is inaccesible from where I am
http://www.wormnet.nl/cprules/

is cprules, freeware/GPL? can somebody please
send the script to me offlist?
