I wouldn't know. Maybe it is one of those things that give character to a 
product. I just found an article in CP's knowledge base when I did a search 
with the error message you got. The solution id is sk21019. Although it does 
not describe exactly your problem, there is nothing to loose from trying 
(except maybe your time).
