There is a large scale solution for such a case,
Provider-1 is another CP product that manages SmartCenters - under it
you can make and mantain as many SmartCenters as you need for managing
your modules.
However, this is an ISP or Enterprise level solution.

I'd advise you to consult your CP vendor for offering you the relevant
information about it.
