[FW-1] Problem in SmartView Reporter in Distributed Env..

Hi All,

We have checkpoint express installed on SecurePlatform and now willing to go
for SmartView Reporter Add-on, for the same we have tried to evaluate it
first.

Following things we have completed and faced problem as mentioned:

Task Executed:
1)    We have observed SmartView Reporter add-on is installed on
SecurePlatfrom (enforcement + Mgmt Server) from starting.
2)    SmartView Reporter (Express) installed on Windows NT server (SP6a).
3)    SIC is initialized successfully for SmartView Reporter server on
SmartDashBoard
4)    EVAL License (CPMP-EVAL-NGAppInt) is generated and attached to
SmartView Reporter

Problem we are facing:
1)    ?Log Consolidator? view is not available (Grayed out) on Smart
Dashboard (view -> Products -> Log Consolidator)
2)    SmartView Reporter GUI is unable to connect with SmartView Reporter
Server with ERROR like ?login failed, SmartView Reporter Server is not
connected with SmartCenter Server?

Looking forward for assistance in resolving the same.
