Did you opened the policy you were using??

You can use cpmerge. The command is like this
 cpmerge import policy policy_file_name.pf

If your old machine was windows then in windows---FW1--R55--config--copy
the files objects_5_0.c,standard.W(if thr rulebase name was not changed)
and rulebase_5_0.fws.

Hello Mailing users,

I have huge problem!, the computer that I use to administrate my Nokia FW1,
has crashed and I the windows doesn't not load the GUI!. So I decided to
install my Checkpoint software in another computer (eg. my laptop), and I
asigned the old ip addr of my old computer.

I made a complete backup of my old hard drive, I'm able to see the
filesystem and everything. But when I installed the Checkpoint software the
problems I can't see a thing of my old rule base.

Is there a way to restore it in my new computer???

Regards,
