you need to logoff the Smartdashboard completely. Furthermore, if you still
have problems,
then stop and restart the CMA. If that still does not work, reboot the
Provider-1 box.
I did run into the same problem in the past and to revolve it, I just
stop/start the CMA and
it works for me. I did have to reboot the box to fix the fault segment issue 3
months ago.
Are you running Provider-1 on Solaris or SPLAT? NG FP3, AI or NGx?
