i'm not aware of any hfa that addresses this specifically,
but that is not to say one doesn't exist. that MS is not
cooperating is no shock and i wouldn't be surprised if
this has not changed.
correct. its best to either place manually changed files
into some form of revision control (e.g. RCS). hfas will
often time blow up any of these changes and i know i've been
left scratching my head as to what i did to make it work
in the first place.
