You always use the Edge's public IP, whether it's dynamic or static. I've
attached two docs I wrote on how to configure edge devices for my company.
These docs are pretty specific to my company, but I've tried to genericize
them a bit. Maybe they can help you. I recommend reading the notes one
first.
