I dont think this can be done. You have to be connected to a mgmt server to
update it, and your credentials must be confirmed in the usercenter to check
if you have a SDEF subscription.
 I'd like to know how to do this if it is possible and if anyone knows. :)
Although, you can update a *local db from SmartDashboard while connected in
demo mode (still requires valid SDEF account). The asm_temp folder and the
keys.fws file get updated.
