Thanks Bill,
we use SSL network extender here also and working fine with R55-HFA16....so I
am going look at that more deeply before upgrading to NGX(r60).

We've done three at this point. The problems seems to be SSL Network
Extender related rather than the gateway. The core products seem to
upgrade with little to no issues (other than things that there are
patches available for).
