Is your encryption domain set correctly?
You shouldn't be setting any routes.

I have SecureClient talking nicely with the firewall - but I can't get
traffic to go across the VPN unless I set hub mode on SecureClient.

I can either have internet access or I can talk to the corporate
network, but I can't have both. It looks like a simple routing issue,
but setting static routes doesn't help. Any thoughts?
