Hello everybody!
First of all, i would like to thank to every member of this list. Thanks to you
guys, i migrated my FW-1 to NGX successfully. ;-)
But i still have a doubt about license, here's the situation:
i have a single box with windows 2003 and NGX. Let's suppose that one IP
address of my several interfaces is: X and the ip address of my external
interface is Y. the computer name of my box is SERVER and in the properties of
my checkpoint object the ip address is X.
My licenses are:
Enforcemente module: IP address Y
Management: IP address Y
Is this correct? Appears that my checkpoint is not correctly licensed. I tried
to run eventia reporter ant it told me that i do not have valid licenses. What
should i do? change the license of my management IP to X???
When i try to do this in usercenter, i receive the following message:
Move Count Exceeded for XXXXXXXX
The product you selected has exceeded its allowed number of IP Changes.
To request a new license, please contact accountservices AT checkpoint DOT com
Do i have to pay something to do this? Is this take too much time to give my
new license? How much time? I m afraid that the trial license expire and my FW
stops working.
Thanks in advance!
cheers,
Maurit.
