I am running SPLAT NGX on a v20z (dual opteron version of the v40z) in a
test environment. I have not had any problems so far, but it is early days.
I don't think there is a version of FW-1 to run on Solaris X86, but the
V20z is certified for a variety of OS's including win 2k3 server and
some versions of redhat, so you should be able to get some versions of
FW-1 to work ok.
