Has anyone done this yet?
We're running a 6614 cluster. We tried the upgrade from 4.0.3.0_R55 to
4.1.1.0_R55 in our test environment, which produced a completely broken
cluster - wouldn't pass any traffic (better than failing open, I guess);
couldn't roll back to the previous working config (it thought it was
still running 4.0.3); the checkpoint firewall process wasn't running at
all. Couldn't even produce a tech support dump.
I think the test environment probably payed for itself right there...
In the end, we rebuilt the cluster from scratch to 4.0.3 and haven't yet
retried the upgrade to 4.1.1. Any experiences out there of similar
upgrades, problematic or smooth as silk, would be appreciated.
