You must add Address translation rules, something like this:
Any -> 172.16.x.1 http Original 82.x.x.1(static) original
Any -> 172.16.x.2 fpt Original 82.x.x.1(static) original
Any -> 172.16.x.3 telnet Original 82.x.x.1(static) original
