If you are using NGX, you can block video, audio, app. sharing and file
transfer selectively on MSNMS port.

Allow MSNMS for all hosts, than block specific applications via
SmartDefense. Be careful, if you block MSNMS port and allow access to
gateway.messenger.msn.com on port 80, everyone will be able to share files
or use video etc.
