 No problem,

1) Enable SNMP via Checkpoint Object -> Advanced
2) Make a rule to allow SNMP queries.
3) Get the Checkpoint MIBs and copy it over to you management station. The 
Mibs are somewhere on the SPLAT or on the CD. 
4) Read the mib and find the interesting OIDs. Alternatively snmpwalk and read 
the output.
