Applying hfa_02 has resolved this flipping of source destination IP addresses,
I found that there was some other communications that were affected but it was
mainly SNMP, Applied the patch and it resolved the problem.

We are having an issue with snmp-read, I can get it to go through the firewall
to a .1 address but not to a
.5 nor a .8 of the same subnet.
fw monitor looking at these different IP addresses shows the .5 and the .8
addresses getting to the pre-inbound and that is it, there is nothing in the
logs showing it being dropped.
In my logs I see a reply connection from the .5 and the .8 coming back being
dropped with a message of
message_info: Server to client packet of an old UDP session
but
fw monitor shows the .1 address going all the way through the firewall it shows
up in the logs as being accepted.
