HFA_02 seems to have fixed the Smart Dashboard bug where you could not view
the VPN Properties (w/o crashing SD), you could not view IKE certificates,
and the VPN Manager tab diappeared. Bug I think was licensing (cpmacro)
related. Add an eval lic, and everything worked fine. Upgrdaed to HFA_02
today, removed eval lic, still worked!!
