Of cause I have set up a nat-pool for on this gateway and most times it
is working perfect. It seems, that when a clients host had received an
ip-address from the server it always receives the same address. May this
is the problem ...

Frank,
When a user connects to a gateway that is not handing out Office Mode
addresses, the clients need to have a unique IP address. The connection
from a newer machine updates the connections table and the old machine
is logged off.
