Basically yes, since all your security configuration is held on
SmartCenter - however, routing information, interfaces information and
any local scripts/changes  you have done (as an example, at a former
employee we used to put a script to page an engineer whenever a
machine was rebooted, and place some monitoring scripts on machines)
have to be manually copied...
