We have some computers that must use the Firewall Authentication Agent
(v 5.0) to access HTTP and HTTPS. Other computers can access the
Internet with no restrictions. In both cases, accessing Microsoft
Windows Update web site worked fine.
Now we upgraded from HFA9 to HFA17. The normal workstations can still
access the Windows update site, but the
Workstations using the authentication agent are having problems. They
can connect to Windows Update, but when you try scanning for updates it
fails stating it could not communicate with the Internet. But we can
access other web sites with no problems. The problem is with Windows
Update, and it only started after installing HFA17.
Anyone else have this problem, and know how to fix it?
Thanks in Advance!
Joe
