Pretty much as you did with previous versions :-)
Select "support clientless VPN" in the gateway properties, then define a rule
that has https user authentication (note http*s*).
It works only for http connections... if you want something more
powerful (perhaps
tunneling other protocols) you need SSL Network Extender...
