[FW-1] Windows mobile and SecureClient.

Hi all,

I am having some trouble with Windows Mobile 2003(second edition) and
SecureClient Build 149.  When I try to download the topology I get the
following error in the Firewall Logs:

Topology download failed because gateway is not a remote access server;
scheme: SSL; reject_category: SecureClient authentication failure;

This was working prior to upgrading to NGX (R60) on SecurePlatform.
