Are you using vlan tagging? make sure you can test your clusterxl
without vlan tagging to check wheather this is the problem. If so, check
NGX release notes:
"When defining a Sync interface on a VLAN interface, it can only be
defined on the lowest VLAN tag on a physical interface."
