Hi,
just a simple or maybe silly question - you get the logs, but it takes
an eternity. I hope, I'm right.
Do you have turned off the option "Resolve IP"?
If the button is highlighted as it is by default in the SmartView
Tracker, the SmartCenter tries to be friendly and show names instead of
IPs. This might take a while because of reverse DNS resolving.

Emm... It seems you talking about SmartView Tracker. I don't have a problem with that. The only problem is when I tried to get the file logs list from Install & Start (Under Log Consolidator > Policy > Install & Start), it takes me waiting forever to get the list! Hmm... what's wrong with it? My logs are all kept under separate hard disk. All new logs are stores in that hard disk.
