There is not longer a pay per ticket option unless it is a P1 issue.

You will have to pay for each incident if you do not have some type of
support contract.  You will need a valid software subscription though
before anything.

encounter with my firewall, do I need to pay for it ? Or, do I need to 
have some kind of subscription supports before I can open my ticket
