As explained: there are several forms of clustering.
High availability: two modes: New Mode and legacy mode, i recommand the New
Mode. Load Sharing: two modes: Multicast Mode and Unicast Mode (The easiest
way, because there's one pivot who's in control of assigning the session to
the other cluser member and itself, the pivot is chosen automatically and
no changes or config on switches routers is needed to make this work).
When you choose high availability you can choose for State Synchronisation.
If you do so, if one node fails, the standby will become active and the
sessions will continue wihtout problems because of the state sync. If you
wish your VPN session to continue you will need to use the Virtual Tunnel
Interface, a new option in R60.
