Short answer is no.

With Check Point Firewall-1, you cannot create an object with MAC address, but 
with another Check
Point spin-off, MetaInfo's SafeDHCP and SafeDNS you can control endpoint access 
at layer 2. You
may add Check Point Integrity Clientless Scan or AD/LDAP authentication to the 
picture..
