Hi Ray.
Is it a never ending story?
This is what I "love" about CP-support. I try to submit a "Bug-information" and
I receive:
"....It will be necessary for you to establish a Software Subscription and a
Support Contract in order to obtain technical support.
..."
I have an Ent. Subs with more than 10 Sw-object. I paid (and I'm paying) too
much for a "packet filtering".
Normally when I submit a bug-information I receive a "Thank you".
I'm helping CP and CP ask me money for this? It's out of mind.
Maybe I will eliminate CP and their "Nice pricing policy" from my enterpise.

Bye
Corrado
